Ensure Cylinder Valve is Closed Before installation, make sure your LPG cylinder valve is turned off completely. Remove Existing Regulator Detach your gas regulator from the cylinder by pulling it upwards gently. Fix the Gas Safety Device Place the Gas Safety Device on the cylinder valve and press it down firmly until it locks in position. Attach Gas Regulator Connect your existing regulator on top of the Gas Safety Device securely. Check for Proper Fitting Ensure all connections are tight and stable to avoid leakage. Open Cylinder Valve Turn on the cylinder valve and check the pressure gauge reading for gas level and leakage indication. Regular Monitoring Periodically check the device’s gauge to ensure safe and efficient functioning.
